Case Study: Rebranding a Law Firm for the AI Era
The Challenge
When Blaxberg & Associates approached The Bogdanov Agency, they were on the edge of major transformation. The firm was expanding its leadership and refocusing its practice exclusively on personal injury law. With that growth came a new identity — Yanchuck, Blaxberg & Tieder PLLC — and a need for a digital platform that could
match the sophistication of its new direction.

Their previous website, built on an early Wix template, represented a different era of the firm’s life: rigid grids, heavy text, stock imagery, and a muted presentation. It served its purpose but failed to convey the energy, precision, and empathy behind a personal injury law practice that fights for real people.
The firm needed a rebrand that went deeper than a logo or color palette — it needed a complete digital transformation.
Before: The Legacy Experience
The original Blaxberg & Associates website was a standard legal template — black, white, and orange — with boxed layouts and dense text blocks. Each page fought for attention without a clear visual or narrative hierarchy.
Key issues included:
Generic architecture: template-based structure with no brand personality.
Stock photography: impersonal and disconnected from the firm’s people or story.
Unfocused messaging: wide practice listings diluted authority and confused users.
Lack of mobile optimization: static design that didn’t adapt fluidly.
Zero automation: no dynamic content, AI readiness, or data feedback loops.
The site reflected a general practice firm. The firm itself was evolving into something far more specialized and forward-thinking.
The Bogdanov Solution
Our approach was holistic. We reimagined every dimension of the firm — from its visual identity to its digital intelligence architecture.
1. Brand Identity & Logo Design
The name change to Yanchuck, Blaxberg & Tieder PLLC represented a generational shift in leadership and focus. We designed a new logo system (see above) centered on a bold typographic balance of heritage and modernity. The ampersand — rendered in gold — symbolizes unity, partnership, and justice, visually anchoring the brand’s new confidence.
The palette — charcoal black and judicial gold — projects credibility and sophistication while remaining instantly recognizable.
2. Website Rebuild on Wix Studio
We migrated and rebuilt the entire site inside Wix Studio, the next-generation platform merging design freedom with AI infrastructure.
The new site is minimalist yet deeply human:
Rounded corners and soft beige backgrounds replaced rigid boxes, creating warmth and trust.
Large typography and clear hierarchy give every section space to breathe.
Custom photography showcases real attorneys and staff, dressed in modern monochrome styling — confident, cohesive, and approachable.
Micro-interactions and scroll animations subtly guide the visitor, adding cinematic rhythm without distraction.
Live translation integrates seamlessly into the interface, inviting Spanish-speaking visitors with one click.
From the moment a user lands, the firm’s story unfolds visually — approachable yet authoritative, elegant yet efficient.
3. Intelligent Messaging
We rewrote all copy from the ground up. Instead of describing legal services, the new language connects emotionally — addressing the client’s pain points and hopes directly.Short, powerful statements define the tone:
“We research, we fight, & we win.”“The right help when you need it most.”
This concise narrative gives the firm a commanding yet compassionate voice — a law practice that advocates for real people, not abstract cases.
4. Translating for a Cuban-Latin Audience
A key insight emerged during strategy: over 80% of the firm’s clientele are Latino, many from Cuban-American communities in Florida.
We implemented a complete Spanish translation, written not in textbook formality but in authentic Cuban tone — friendly, confident, and accessible. This cultural adaptation was more than a linguistic shift; it was brand localization.
The Spanish version mirrors the emotion and urgency of the English copy, speaking directly to the firm’s community in their own rhythm and idiom. This bilingual approach positions Yanchuck, Blaxberg & Tieder not only as a legal resource but as a trusted advocate for Florida’s Latino population.
5. Designed for the Future: AI Integration
While the new site already functions as a high-performance marketing tool, it was built for what comes next: intelligent automation. The Wix Studio framework allows full integration with AI-powered systems that will:
Generate ongoing blog posts and SEO content.
Create personalized outreach emails.
Manage Google Ads and social media campaigns.
Measure engagement and adapt content in real time.
In essence, this website isn’t just a redesign — it’s a foundation for a self-operating firm. Over the next 24 months, these systems will evolve into a fully autonomous marketing ecosystem.
